Vintage long sleeve blouse with the sweetest painted rainbows on chest pocket and across the back. Red ribbon neck tie. Buttons and hidden straps on each sleeve to hold in place when rolled up.
Good vintage condition. Deadstock, never been worn. However there are a couple of small stains from storage. Have not tried to wash them out. See last two photos.
